Setup and build
Email infrastructure provisioned in week one. Around 90 dedicated mailboxes across multiple sending domains, none carrying the PartnerBridge brand, so deliverability problems on a sending domain never touch the main one. 25 sends per mailbox per day, capped. Mailboxes warmed across Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 for three weeks before any cold send went out. In parallel: custom intent-signal scrapers built around partner-org buying patterns, AI-personalised copy drafted and voiced for PartnerBridge's brand, ICP locked in writing (Heads of Partnerships, Channel and Alliances Directors, and VP-level GTM at MarTech and AdTech SaaS in the UK and US).
